Forest Hill Heights Welcomes Meghan Caine to the Team

New Admissions Director

Forest Hill Heights is excited to welcome Meghan Caine to the community’s leadership team, as the new Admissions Director. With more than 30 years of healthcare and senior living experience, Meghan brings a strong background in rehabilitation services, resident support, and compassionate care to Forest Hill Heights.

Meghan began her career in Physical Rehabilitation, spending 25 years working within the University of Maryland Medical System. Throughout her time in healthcare, she developed a deep appreciation for helping individuals regain confidence, improve quality of life, and feel supported through every stage of care. Her passion for working with seniors eventually led her into senior living, where she spent more than five years with Brightview Senior Living.

Now beginning at Forest Hill Heights, Meghan is excited to continue building meaningful relationships with residents, families, and staff in a close-knit environment. Having recently moved back to Harford County with her two rescue pups, she is especially happy to reconnect with the local area she proudly calls home.

“I am excited to start my next chapter in senior living with Forest Hill Heights — where everyone is family!”

Meghan’s warmth, healthcare experience, and resident-focused approach make her a wonderful addition to the team. Her background in rehabilitation and senior living helps provide residents and families with peace of mind, support, and compassionate guidance throughout their journey.

At Forest Hill Heights, residents benefit from personalized senior care in a warm, welcoming community designed to help them feel safe, engaged, and at home. Meghan looks forward to building meaningful relationships with residents and families while continuing the community’s commitment to compassionate, person-centered care. Families are encouraged to stop by, say hello, and visit our Meet the Team page to learn more about the dedicated professionals who support residents every day.
