Forest Hill Heights Indoor visitation effective Tuesday, December 8th (Visitors)
Starting on Tuesday, December 8th Forest Hill Heights will start to take appointments for indoor visits.
Visits can only occur when Forest Hill Heights is in non-outbreak mode, meaning no one has tested positive. If someone were to test positive, we are then to stop indoor visits and test each staff member and resident once a week for 2 weeks until we have 2 consecutive negative tests. Then at that time indoor visits can resume.
Every visitor must complete a contact tracing form which will ask questions such as, have you been out of state, do you have cold symptoms and the form will ask for your name and contact information. Upon entry each visitor will be asked to sanitize his/her hands and to have his/her temperature taken. If any visitor refuses to complete the form, wear a mask, sanitize hands and/or have his/her temperature taken they will not be permitted entry. We are now requiring ALL visitors to test for Covid-19 and receive a negative result 72 hours prior to visiting.
Everyone must wear a mask for the duration of the entire visit.
Visits will last for 1 hour and are to take place in the resident’s room, visitors cannot roam the halls they would need to go directly to the resident’s room after completing the entry requirements and remain there for the 1-hour timeframe.
We are asking that everyone be as timely arriving and leaving as possible as we are going to be held to tight timeframes., which are listed below:
830a-9:30a; 9:30a-10:30a; 10:30a-11:30a; 1:30p-2:30p; 2:30p-3:30p; 3:30p-4:30p; 6:30p-7:30p
We will be handling setting up appointments the same as we have for outside visits, please call the receptionist at least 24 hours in advance to make your appointment. We will allow visitors to come in every other week, unless you are a spouse in which you can visit weekly.
*Please remember this is all contingent on the test results coming back negative.
